Favor Is For Function

The sermon begins by rejecting a shallow view of favor. Esther is not elevated simply so she can enjoy privilege. She is positioned so God can work through her at a critical moment. Favor is therefore measured by function, not by comfort or visibility.

A major thread in the message is that a divine moment is not enough by itself. A person can be in the right room, with the right favor, at the right time, and still lose the moment through fear. Courage must meet timing if the assignment is going to be fulfilled.

The sermon treats Esther 4:14 as the heartbeat of the day. Esther's beauty, position, and access are not random. They have been orchestrated for a decisive moment. The same challenge is turned toward the congregation: your history, your favor, and your survival may all have been preparation for the assignment now standing in front of you.

Seize The Moment Boldly

Esther's response, 'If I die, I die,' becomes the picture of surrendered courage. The message closes by pressing believers not to celebrate favor while refusing to function in it. When the moment calls, bold obedience is the proper answer.
